Originally from Englehart, Ontario, I now reside in Victoria, British Columbia (via Ottawa,Ontario, Austin, Texas, and Boyds, Maryland). From a young age, I have enjoyed painting, writing and all things creative!
I have spent a lot of time sharing my passion with children and adults through craft days and art nights. I have taken art classes/workshops in Maryland, Northern Ontario and Victoria but am mostly self-taught. I am currently a member of the Windsor Art Club, a great group of fellow artists who are truly inspiring.
I have a particular fondness for the Cobalt Artist Colony (2017, 2018 -- and soon in 2025), which has allowed me to learn and work alongside my Mom and other wonderful artists from the north.

Lastly, I have recently finished the first draft of my novel, A Fire Rages, set in northern Ontario in 1922, around the time of the Great Fire. It is a piece of fiction, a mystery, and a story that has been kicking around in my head for a long time. A group of kind beta readers is currently reading it and providing feedback. Stay tuned for when it will be available more broadly.
